Running a business is lonely. On The Orange Side, it doesn't have to be.

I have always been totally driven by a desire to facilitate positive change for people. Prioritise progress, not perfection.

I started my career as an actress which was already a tough mountain to climb. I pivoted to producing theatre productions because logic told me that if I can create work, I will never be out of it.
Known for my natural enthusiasm and dedication to practical solutions, I help business owners to increase their productivity, overcome perfectionism and grow their business in a way that is aligned to their core values.
My own entrepreneurial journey spans several sectors including the arts, travel, and finance. That broad experience has proven to be a real asset to my clients. I have supported new leaders to find their voice, get the best from their teams, and drive growth. As well as private 1-2-1 clients, I also work as an Associate Leadership Coach for Endaba and Hatching Ideas.
Having run the Customer Success Team for a leading employee engagement tech platform I oversaw people strategies for international companies employing 50 – 5000+ staff.

I sit on the Board of Trustees at The Oxford School of Drama and was the youngest appointment in the school's 30year history. My motivation to join was to encourage the students to feel equipped and supported to deal with the challenges they will face in the creative industries. Confidence in themselves as professionals is a vital tool to withstand the rigours of the real world.
